All proprietary frameworks, mathematical models, data architectures, research outputs, software, and digital products developed by KULENGA Labs remain the exclusive intellectual property of KULENGA Labs Ltd. This includes:

• All code, documentation, and derivative works

Clients receive specific usage rights as defined in individual service agreements. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Obligations

Significant changes affecting active projects will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

KULENGA Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian commercial arbitration standards, with proceedings conducted in English.

KULENGA Labs may update these terms periodically to reflect evolving business practices, legal requirements, or service enhancements. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
